Program description

Mars Hill Liquors sends low-volume, two-way operational text messages to current employees who voluntarily opt in. Messages may concern work schedules, shift coverage, cash-drawer and sales recaps, deliveries, vendor coordination, and questions from management or the store assistant. This program is not used for customer marketing, alcohol advertising, product promotions, or alcohol sales.

Consent to receive messages

Current employees may voluntarily opt in using a separate written consent form offered after hiring. Consent is not required to apply for a job, be hired, remain employed, receive compensation or benefits, or purchase any goods or services. Employees represent that they are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and will notify us if the number changes.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and operational needs. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, call (317) 759-2394, or contact the store directly. You may opt back in through the same method used to enroll or by otherwise providing renewed consent.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for additional information.

Delivery and availability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and may not be available through every carrier or device. Do not use text messaging for emergencies.
